As you may know I am proud to have been part of the architect and authoring teams with AXELOS for the ITIL 4 output. This included: co-author of ITIL Practitioner, co-architect of ITIL 4 Foundation and Lead Editor on CDS (Create Deliver and Support.
I’m delighted that we have now also completed working on the mini reference guides for all the ITIL 4 publications – including ‘Create Deliver and Support’ . These are all published on 2nd September 2021.
The ‘Little-ITIL’ guides – as they used to be known – have always been a really useful resource, particularly as a quick mind jogger or reference for practitioners, consultants, trainers alike, no matter how experienced and knowledgeable they are. I used to carry a foundation version in my bag wherever I went.
I’m also personally pleased with the result for the CDS book. This was a great exercise to go through, to review the original CDS content and then be able to refine and reduce it to its basic form.
